About Us |
Eagle Land Management Corporation, now known as Eagle Land & Minerals Company, was founded in June 1994 by Spence Carson. Eagle has acted as a land-consulting firm for the oil and gas industry since inception, essentially acting as a contract "Land Department". Our services include but go beyond providing the traditional services of an oil and gas lease brokerage firm.
Eagle has developed a fully integrated, computer land system known as "Land Logic". Land Logicã was written using Microsoft Access 7.0. We believe our "ground floor on up" approach to the design of the system and our attention to the complexities that sometimes are a part of oil and gas properties, allow us to provide clients with essentially any combination of information they desire. The result is an organized and informative presentation of data that without our Land Logicã system is often complex and confusing.
We now want to offer mineral owners the power of Land Logic© and the organization and peace of mind that it can provide. Our system will produce reports that can be customized for your needs. Our base reports allow you to see the following:
Ø A list of all land wherein you own a mineral interest (including interest that is non-participating) grouped by T-R-S, County, and/or State. This report will include your gross acres and net acres owned and the "lease status" of each tract (Undeveloped, Developed, Unleased, Pooled, Undeveloped, etc.) Ø A list of all the Units that include lands wherein you own a mineral interest. This report includes a listing of the formation within the unit and the names of wells drilled in the Unit. Ø A list of all the wells grouped by Disburser that reflects revenue and expenses (if applicable) covering any time period we designate. Ø A list of all leases that cover lands owned by a mineral owner. This includes prior leases, so a current offer to lease can be easily compared with the terms from prior leases. Ø A list of all Units that include lands wherein you own a mineral interest that are subject to an oil and gas lease that is in effect. This is our cornerstone report that reflects your revenue interest in each Unit based on the royalty of the lease and the amount of the acreage contained in the Unit. Spence M.
